Our stay at the Best Western in San Diego was generally pleasant, but a couple of minor issues left room for improvement during our three-night visit as a family of two adults and an 8-year-old. Another aspect that left us wanting more was the breakfast provided. While it's always nice to have breakfast included, the options were limited and not as diverse as we had hoped. A more extensive breakfast spread would have added to the overall value of our stay. On a positive note, the hotel's location and overall comfort met our expectations. It provided a convenient base for exploring San Diego, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our check-in and check-out processes smooth. In conclusion, our stay at the Best Western in San Diego was decent overall, but the weak internet signal and limited breakfast options were areas that could use improvement. Despite these minor setbacks, we still enjoyed our time in San Diego, thanks in part to the hotel's central location and comfortable accommodations.

Overall, it was a great stay. Breakfast was good, eggs sausages waffles toast fruit yogurt muffins juice, etc. We had two queen beds and a sofa bed and it was great for our family of six. The sofa bed mattress wasn't the best, but my 4-year-old didn't mind and my 12-year-old said he had slept on worse. Lol. The queen beds were comfy, water was hot for the shower. The location is great and it's close to Old Town, Balboa Park, SeaWorld, downtown, etc. The room felt clean, house cleaning came in even when we didn't request it and gave us new towels and made the beds. We checked in late Friday evening and there was a long line. The lady checking in waved our parking fee which was very appreciated. It's $23 a night, there is street parking but it seemed to fill up. I would stay here again.

They have a lot of varieties of food,like muffins,scrambled eggs,toast,cereal,fruits,juices,waffles,sausage.We enjoyed our breakfast especially the waffles and muffins.One of my favorite part of our stay was their breakfast. Easy parking outside the property. So we dont have to pay the parking fee. The location was great too. Its good value for money.We will definitely come back.

Unfortunately, I can't remember her name but I shared my compliments with the manager before checking out. It was Comic-Con weekend in downtown SD,, and quite busy. However, we didn't feel the usual stress of overcrowdedness. The location was perfect Very close to Seaworld and the SD Zoo. Overall, our stay was great! We will definitely be back. Thank you BW SD staff for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Location is fantastic. So close to Old Town and Sea World and also the zoo. Perfect for families. Had a laundry room and pool, although we didn't use either. Breakfast was great value for money and catered to both adults and kids. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Plenty of free street parking.
